Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Must include a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at jason@greenthumbapothecary.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted:

We’ll send you a return shipping label

You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jason@greenthumbapothecary.com with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care products (e.g., opened bath salts, oils, lotions)

Flammable or hazardous materials

Gift cards or final sale items
If you have questions about a specific product’s return eligibility, please reach out before ordering.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

EU Customers
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
