Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jason’s Green Thumb Apothecary. We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below:


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or major sales.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, destination, and delivery method selected.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please email us at jason@greenthumbapothecary.com for a custom quote.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Local Pickup (if applicable)

If local pickup is available, you will receive instructions via email when your order is ready. Pickup must be completed within 7 days of notification.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events. We also cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once your order has shipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at jason@greenthumbapothecary.com. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
