Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders $50 and over within the United States.

For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and delivery destination.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Jason’s Green Thumb Apothecary is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
