Cancellation policy

Candle Club is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. By joining, you authorize Jason’s Green Thumb Apothecary to charge the payment method on file $25 each month until the subscription is canceled.

You may cancel your Candle Club subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting Jason’s Green Thumb Apothecary.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming month, cancellations should be completed before your next scheduled renewal date. If a subscription has already renewed and the monthly order has been processed, that order cannot be canceled or refunded simply because the subscription was canceled afterward.

Customers may also update their payment method, shipping address, pause, skip, or cancel their subscription through their customer account where available.

Candle Club shipments are curated each month. Completed subscription orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
